‘Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year. In England, 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (such as anxiety and depression) in any given week ‘ (Mind). My aim is to help you to learn ways to help manage the stress and worries of life through mindfulness coaching.

If you feel like your life is starting to become a little unbalanced or you want help to find ways to bring calm into your life then I can help. I am passionate about Mindfulness and believe it is a powerful tool to help us manage our minds, helping us to become more present in the here and now. When we worry about things, we are often either thinking about past events, or what may happen in the future. This can disrupt us being aware of what is happening right now which can result in us feeling anxious, stressed and low in mood. With my wellness coaching, my aim is to guide you through techniques that can help to bring you more into the present moment.
