These are designed to help educate you as well as helping you to feel better.
I am a qualified yoga teacher through the British Wheel of Yoga with over 500 hours worth of training. I am also a fully qualified pregnancy yoga teacher as well. I offer group and 1:1 yoga classes to suit your needs.
I am a fully qualified certified Nutritionist. If you would like some help and support with your nutrition whether it is to reach a healthy weight goal, to feel the best you can or to maximise your sport performance, then I can help!
If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed or want to learn ways to relax more, then I can offer you advice and practical activities to help you feel better mentally and physically.
